Mary Louise Morris
Mary Louise is a mindfulness teacher specialising in children and young people. She has been working closely with schools in the UK for over 15 years. She has also trained thousands of school staff, children and young people and parents in wellbeing. She is an accredited teacher of the Mindfulness in Schools Programme (MISP) and is the education lead for the What Colour is Your Dragon programme.
Dr. Tamara Russell
Tamara is a mindfulness consultant, author and trainer, and the founder and co-director of the Mindfulness Centre of Excellence in London. Trained as a research and clinical scientist, she brings a wealth of academic knowledge and skills to her innovative mindfulness trainings. Tamara is the co-author of the ‘What Colour is Your Dragon’ book.
Tony Langford
Tony is a co-director of the Mindfulness Centre of Excellence and is at the forefront of research into how the creative arts, music and technology can have a demonstrable beneficial impact on mental health and wellbeing, Tony is the lead on workshops for Dads and co-ordinates fundraising for The Dragons.
Raquel Lhullier
Raquel is a Cognitive Behavioral Psychologist working with young people and families . She is the Mindfulness Centre of Excellence Lead for Child and Family Systems Mindfulness. Raquel is certified by Mindful Schools and trained in the Neurocognitive Foundations of Mindfulness. She is the co-author of several books including ‘What Colour is Your Dragon’. She lives in Brazil.
Delphine Perrot
Delphine is a Creative Catalyst who specialises in helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to develop projects with purpose. She blends her background as an art director, art teacher and graphic designer to help clients to conceptualise, visualise, and revitalise their brands or projects. Her passion is to support people in finding and expressing their own creativity. Delphine leads on the Draw your Dragon workshops.
