What Colour Is Your Dragon?

This webinar will provide tools for playful and creative parenting. These are ways to enable children (age 4-11) and parents to develop a shared language of emotions. Learn how to make the most of increased connection time which we all have now (and not kill each other!!).

Mary Louise will offer mindfulness practices, games and creative activities using three coloured dragons which represent our emotions. This workshop will give you tools to talk to your children about their emotions and address any inflamed anxiety arising from the Corona Virus crisis.
